Proxi's 7-Year Anniversary Extravaganza:
In honor of Proxi's, 565 W. Randolph St. guests can enjoy an exclusive Armenian wine dinner hosted 6:30 p.m. Coal-Roasted Oysters with Ssamjang Butter, Black Pepper Pork with Green Apple, Mint, and Peanut. On the bar side, guests can enjoy a special cocktail featuring a creative blend of grilled corn-infused tequila.
