Chef/owner Chesaree Rollins, CheSa’s Bistro & Bar, 3235 W. Addison St., is back in the kitchen after a brief hiatus and has re-started her Cajun/Creole dinner service (5-9 p.m. Friday and Saturday).
The restaurant kicks off its 1st anniversary October 20 with a new dinner menu featuring a pre-fixe menu in celebration for the weekend. 
 A new cocktail menu, featuring creative Southern-inspired libations, will be available as well.
The All-Day R&B brunch 11am-3 p.m. Saturday;  and 11am-4p.m. Sunday. Full service begins October 24 with a new menu in place Tuesday through Sunday, 5-9  p.m. Brunch, Saturday, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m; Sunday, 11a.m to 4 p.m.
