Warming Winter Dinner with Chef Paula Hamvas, 6 p.m. February 18, Historic Wagner Farm, 1510 Wagner Rd., Glenview.
Chef Hamvas' menu includes: roasted tomato soup with mini croque-monsieurs; macaroni and cheese with roasted butternut squash and brown butter aioli, honey and lemon glazed roast chicken and chocolate beet lava cake.
