The Chicago Firehouse Restaurant, 1401 S. Michigan Ave., is hosting a Mardi Gras celebration, 5:30-10 p.m. February 21; $55 (includes tax and service fees).
Serving up an evening of Louisiana-style food and music, guests will be feted to a special Fat Tuesday menu that includes: eats and beats. Guests may indulge in a special Fat Tuesday menu that includes: crawfish mad & cheese; Cajun fried chicken jambalaya; shrimp Po' Boy; Creole seafood gumbo.
Specialty cocktails include the perennial Hurricane and Abita Purple Haze beer.
The evening also includes and evening of live music from New Orleans brass and jazz, band: High-Hat Second Line.
And yes, there will be Mardi gras beads guests. Reservations available here.
