Upton’s Breakroom, 2054 W. Grand Ave., known for its vegan comfort food, is offering a plant-based version of Chicago’s iconic Italian Beef & Sausage Combo.
The sandwich features slices of house-made Italian beef seitan topped with Uptown’s Naturals’ new Italian seitan sausage and a scoop of mild giardiniera, served on on a tasty sub-style roll.
