AIRE Rooftop Bar open for the summer season

AIRE Rooftop Bar, located 24 stories above the Chicago Loop at 100 W. Monroe St., kicks off the season with a new Midwestern-inspired menu and  To kick off the summer season, AIRE will introduce a new Midwestern-inspired menu, signature cocktails, slushies, and sharable plates.

 

The new menu introduces a lineup of signature cocktails that includes: Diosa de Monroe (Mezcal Union, jalapeño, Herbal Liqueur, lime and agave); Summertime Chi (Tanqueray, lemon, peach, violet, Cocchi Rosa and sparkling wine); Floor 24 Old Fashioned (Bulleit Bourbon, Cherry Demerara and bitters).


Sharable plates include: Cheese and Charcuterie with Marcona almonds, fig jam, and toast points; Chicago Classic Flat Bread, featuring Pepperoni, Sausage, Tomato Sauce, and Mozzarella Cheese; The Clark Flat Bread, topped with pesto, oven-dried tomato, Mozzarella cheese, arugula and balsamic glaze, and Chicken Wings with BBQ, sweet chili and hot chili paired with celery sticks.

 

Hours are: Wednesday-Thursday from 3-11 p.m., Friday-Saturday 3 p.m. to 12 a.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Reservations available via TOCK
