Prairie Grass Cafe, 601 Skokie Blvd., Northbrook, introduced a new vegetarian subscription series available Thursdays in September.
Vegetarian dishes are prepared chefs Stegner and George Bumbaris featuring vegetables from local sustainable farms that include: River Valley Ranch, Soil & Soul, Three Sisters Garden, Adam’s Acres, Genesis Growers and Capriole Farm.
The cost is $25 per meal. A cheese supplement also is available for an additional cost. Prices do not include service fee or tax.
