The Dandy Crown, 694 N. Milwaukee Ave., closes out the month with two Halloween-centric events. Up first is a pumpkin carving event 2-5 p.m. October 25.
Halloween day events include, handing candy out to trick-or-treaters before closing the day out with its Cocktails & Dreams event inspired by Tom Cruise's 1988 flick "Cocktail.
The Dandy Crown's food drive for San Lucas continues through October 31. In addition the tavern is donating $1 from every “An October to Remember” cocktail (an elderflower gin gimlet) sold directly to San Lucas Food Pantry. Covid-19 compliant. Call: 312-846-6420.
