Artango Bar & Steakhouse, 4767 N. Lincoln, serves up a special Argentine steak and wine tasting menu beginning June 5. Chef Saul Roman's three course prix fixe, paired with Malbec.
The menu features empanadas and eggplant bruschetta (starter); followed by a NY strip steak cooked on an Argentine parilla served with homemade chimichurri, Malbec sauce and mashed potatoes, finished with a house made flan. Each course will be paired with an Argentine Malbec, known for its full-bodied red with smokey, spicy notes and tannic structure. The menu ($65) will be available every Wednesday in June.
