The three-course, prix fixe menu will be offered for dinner from 5-10:30 p.m. for $39 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity. Guests can select from options including the House Country pate with local pear salad, whole grain mustard and marinated cranberry; French 5 caramelized onion soup with gruyere, baguette croutons, and a mini croque Monsieur; catch of the day with ham hock lardons, glazed white beans, fennel & apple salad, and dijon mustard vinaigrette; braised short ribs Bourguignon with hand-cut fettuccine, duck prosciutto lardons and a Beaujolais reduction; banana & local apple brioche pudding with roasted walnut, golden raisin, and rhum vanilla crème anglaise; and baked Alaska Belle Helene with caramelized almond, poached star anise and bittersweet chocolate sauce.
