The NFL Draft isn't the only new event to Chicago for 2015. The James Beard Awards, the food industry's biggest event-- think of it as the Academy Awards of the food industry-- comes to town for the first-time ever and the city hosts James Beard Eats Week (April 30-May 8) for the occasion.
