Mercat's National Paella Day

Executive Chef Jose Garces of  Mercat a la Planxa, 638 S. Michigan, serves up mini paella dishes, including Paella Valenciana (saffron calaspara rice, chicken ropa, chorizo, artichoke tomato salad, saffron aioli toast), March 27 in honor of National Paella Day ($21, for two servings). mercatchicago
