Jared Rouben of Moody Tongue Brewery is joined by a few of Pilsen neighbors along with special guests Paul Virant, Vie; Jason Hammel, Nightwood and Jared Wentworth of Dusek's, for an opening celebration and first annual pop-up pairing festival, for his innovative "culinary beer" concept, 3-6 p.m. June 21 at Thalia Hall, 1807 S.
