Bread & Wine's Tuesday Tasting for June

The weekly June tasting, available Tuesday only, is a three-course asparagus and cherry menu: asparagus, pickled ramps, pancetta, greens, fromage blanc and sour cherry vinaigrette; lake trout, artichoke, charred cherries, kale, asparagus with a buttermilk puree and for dessert, cherry Rosemary pie with whipped cream. The menu is $30; $50 with two-wine or two-beer pairing. breadandwine
