Bow and Stern's Inaugural Oyster Night

Bow & Stern's, 1371 W. Chicago, launches an Oyster Night dinner series beginning May 28 (changed from the original May 21 date). Executive Chef Brian Greene leads the crew in the recurring event, which kicks off with a special guest from Fortune Fish who will provide guests with tips on oyster varieties and schucking.
